Is ECRL Bosskuโ€™s Project?

Short answer: It depends what you mean by โ€œcredit.โ€

If we look at the facts and timeline of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL):

โ€ข The ECRL was proposed and signed in 2016 under the administration of Najib Razak (often referred to as DSNR).
โ€ข It was part of his broader Belt and Road Initiative cooperation with China.
โ€ข The original cost was around RM65 billion.
