- To create project plans
- To monitor project progress
- To report project results
- To liaise and communicate with client, Local Authorities, consultants and contractors related to project matter.
- To perform overall site planning, coordination and management to ensure the completion of work within required standards, quality and targeted schedules
- Overall coordination of Construction of Awarded Work within the Company.
- Attend to Client & Consultant meeting on behalf of the Company.
- Chairing of meetings on coordination of all works and works of the subordinates , works of Sub-Contractors at all stages from Pre-Tender, Tender Exercise, Site Mobilization, implementation, completion and handing over of completed work.
- Monitoring of building material usage to achieve zero wastage or minimum wastage at site
- Prepare work progress report and other reports to Director for approval.
- Conduct Sub-Contractor and Building Material Supplier performance review and submit to Director for further action.
- Adhere and comply with ISO 9001:2015 procedure and standard at all time.
- Contract Department and Account Department for progress payment certificate (main and sub-contract) payments to sub-contractor, payments to suppliers, close of account and etc. whenever required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Having project management experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant field experience
