As Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) requirement, starting from 1 January, 2026, the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (eSPA) will be conducted digitally under the Housing Integrated Management System (HIMS), which focus on enhancing transparency, security and efficiency in the housing purchasing process. It’s applicable to all residential units currently under construction.
Please ensure the IDsaya App is installed and complete the eKYC verification prior to signing the eSPA.
