We’re thrilled to share that our housing project has just passed the DBKU physical site inspection with flying colours - Alhamdulillah 🙏🏼😃🙏🏼.

The inspection went smoothly last week ✅💯👍🏼, and we’re now in the final stage — completing the necessary paperwork to secure the formal Occupancy Permit (OP). This process should take about 1–2 weeks.

In the meantime, our team is hard at work repairing and making good on minor defects in all the houses to ensure everything is in top condition before our buyers move in. 🛠️✨❤️.

Once the OP is issued, we’ll be ready to hand over the keys to our valued homeowners!

✅ We are now in the process of submitting all required documents for the Occupancy Permit (OP).

🏡 We’re in the final stretch! Alhamdulillah 🙏🏼😃🙏🏼, construction is nearly complete for these beautiful homes—just a few finishing touches left, including gate installations and our final round of quality control!

🚧 We’re actively coordinating with DBKU for the Road Certificate, and once that’s cleared, the Occupancy Permit (OP) will be the next milestone.

🎉 April 2025 is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to hand over these amazing homes to their new owners, InshaAllah!

House construction works are almost completed on site - Alhamdulillah 🙏🏼😃🙏🏼.

We are awaiting our final shipment of quality flooring tiles from KL to arrive, then all internal house finishing works will be completed 🤜🏽💥🤛🏽

Site 🌳🌳 landscaping is at 90% and we will start construction of the internal road next week.
