The Cahya Mata SPARK Programme journey continued into Universiti Putra Malaysia(UPM), Serdang and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia - UKM (UKM), Bangi, bringing more than 100 students together for real conversations, fresh perspectives, and practical career insights. 🎓

From finding your strengths to preparing for interviews and building your professional brand, students got a taste of what it takes to navigate life beyond university.

🥎 Building Confidence, Leadership and Teamwork Through Softball

Cahya Mata is honoured to be part of the Majlis Perasmian Softball Fundraising Carnival 2026 SMK Penrissen, an initiative that demonstrates how sports can become a platform for students to build confidence, strengthen teamwork and develop leadership skills.

Through its support for the SMK Penrissen Softball Powerhouse Programme, Cahya Mata is helping to create opportunities for students to grow both on and off the field. The programme includes support for Sarawak state softball athletes competing at the MSSM tournament in Kelantan, the development of future coaches through the Alumni Workshop Umpire SMK Penrissen, and a student-led softball carnival that nurtures teamwork, collaboration and organisational skills.

Together with our partners, we remain committed to developing future leaders and creating meaningful opportunities that contribute towards stronger and more resilient communities.

Building stronger communities, TOGETHER. 🤝🌱

Cahya Mata was proud to support Juhnolong 2.0, a CSR programme organised by PERFEP UNIMAS with support from 3 Woksyop Briged, Kem Penrissen, held at Kampung Pedaun Bawah, Bau recently.

The programme brought together 135 volunteers from UNIMAS, Cahya Mata, Angkatan Tentera Malaysia and the local community for activities including repainting, mural painting, facility repairs, tree planting, mosque compound cleaning, children’s activities, and food basket distribution to 40 asnaf families.

Thank you for making a difference through a meaningful day of teamwork, care and community spirit.
