has officially ceased all association with The Roof Realty and DC Group effective 6 April 2026.
With effect from the above date, Hon Kar Lun (Allen Hon) is no longer a member of The Roof Realty or DC Group and is not authorized to represent The Roof Realty, DC Group, or any of our team members in any property-related business, transactions, negotiations, commitments, or activities.
Any actions, statements, transactions, financial arrangements, representations, or other activities undertaken by him after the effective date are strictly his personal responsibility and shall not be construed as being connected with or representing The Roof Realty, DC Group, or any of our team members. DC Group shall not be held responsible or liable for any such matters.
Furthermore, no person is authorized to use, reproduce, or represent the name, logo, brand identity, team uniform, marketing materials, or any identity associated with The Roof Realty or DC Group without prior written authorization.
Should there be any unauthorized use of our name, brand, identity, or any conduct that may mislead the public or adversely affect the reputation and interests of DC Group, DC Group reserves all rights to take appropriate legal action.
