Bro, today talk real one, when come to beli rumah, you want landed or high-rise, sure headache 🤯.
Landed house sounds steady. Got your own tanah, can plant pokok, bakar satay, birthday party sampai jiran pun boleh join. Wah, family punya feeling solid, privacy pun tip-top. But, eh, every month cut rumput, sendiri repair gate, hujan lebat, got banjir risk. Car park? No problem, but every day keluar masuk, need drive. Town area? Price naik macam rocket 🚀. Ada duit, ok lah. Tapi maintenance, semua sendiri tanggung, bruh.
High-rise pulak, macam king/queen life. Park at basement, naik lif, relax. Got swimming pool, gym, security 24 hours. Rain or shine, stay clean. Tapi, eh, sometimes jiran atas pindah kerusi, bawah pun tahu. Balcony small, cannot BBQ kaw kaw. And if blackout, ha, naik tangga sampai pengsan 🥲. Monthly maintenance fee pun lain level.
Kuching style, both got pro & cons. If you s**a privacy, banyak space, can tahan housework – landed syok. If you nak convenience, less headache, lifestyle facilities, high-rise memang ngam. End of the day, sibeh simple: pick what fits your daily life, not just ikut trend.
