You probably shouldn’t start with landed if:

• your income is still growing
• most of your cash goes into monthly commitments
• you need flexibility for work or lifestyle changes
• maintenance costs would stress your budget

The problem isn’t the house.

It’s the timing.

Buying landed too early often means:

• tight cash flow
• delayed savings
• fewer options when life changes

A first home should give you:

• breathing room
• stability
• choices

Not pressure.
