On-site and moving forward with steady progress! 🏗️ Our team, along with our builders, engineers, and subcontractors, successfully completed another productive site walk on 17 September 2026 at Gustina, Kota Samarahan.

Here is the latest update from the grounds:

🏢 Tower A has officially reached the duplex level, with structural works wrapping up very soon.
🏢 Tower B is currently advancing on Level 4, with structural completion targeted within the next 5 to 6 months.
🛠️ Architectural works are moving ahead in parallel, supported by rigorous quality control at every phase of development.

We are pleased to share that the entire project remains well on schedule for completion by Q4 2027!

Another productive site walk completed on 17/9/2026 with our builders, subcontractors, engineers, and full site team at Gustina, Kota Samarahan! 🏗️

Progress continues steadily:
🏢 Tower A has reached the duplex level and will complete its structural works very soon.
🏢 Tower B is currently at Level 4, with structural completion expected within the next 5 to 6 months.

Meanwhile, we are catching up on architectural works while maintaining strict quality control across the development. We remain fully on track to complete the entire project by Q4 2027!
