今天来分享古晋公寓 Gem Suites ✨

位于 Stutong Baru，靠近 Aeroville，也很靠近古晋机场，location方便，平时出门吃东西或进市区都不会太远。

这个单位是 2房2厕的 layout，对小情侣或新婚夫妻来说刚刚好，空间不会太大但很够用。

我觉得它最加分的是 👉 有2个停车位!!!
现在很多公寓都只给1个，这个真的很少见，现在两个人都有车会很方便 🚗🚗

客厅外有 balcony，而且还是 Morning Sun ☀️
View 是 unblock 的，可以看到城市景观，天气好还能看到飞机✈️飞过，而且几乎听不到飞机声，这一点真的加分++

这间是那种可以自己再小小发挥的类型，可以简单做一点装修，比如分干湿厨房，住起来会更舒服。

整体来说，这种单位很适合刚开始两个人一起生活 👫
实用、舒服、location也不错，是那种会让人想考虑的类型。
