My partner and I own 70 one acre beach front and hillside lots on this island called Maliangin Island which is a 30 minute boat ride from the northern tip of Borneo, Malaysia. I am open to exchanging or selling up to 50 of the acres.

This tropical island has it all; virgin white sand, crystal clear water, untouched coral reefs surrounding the entire island, tropical weather all year, fresh fruit trees, monkeys, sea eagles and all the privacy you would ever want.

Additionally, the island is not only located in Malaysia's largest protected marine park but also in the Coral Triangle which contains more than 76% of the world's shallow-water reef-building coral species, 37% of the reef fish species, 50% of its razor clam species and six out of the seven of the world's sea turtle species.
