I Stay Dormitory started in May 2014. It’s located beside one of the top industrial park in Malaysia “I-Park@indahpura”. I Stay Dormitory have total of 5 Blocks to fill up to maximum 3200 occupants. Before I Stay Dormitory started, much research had been done by our team. We have set 5 main points as our foundation of start-up I Stay Dormitory. Our 5 main point:

Our team visited the dormitory site to define the problem that we might face in the future when the dormitory starts operating. We rectify all future problems immediately by getting references from all dormitories across Malaysia.
