🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Admin Executive

📍 Location: Melaka Tengah (On-Site)

KT Lee Group is a Melaka-based real estate company known for delivering professional property solutions and building strong community values. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and organized Sales Administrator to support our expanding sales team.

🔹 Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site position responsible for supporting daily sales operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end to end sales administration processes from booking to handover.
• Prepare and process sales documentation including SPA, booking forms, and related documents.
• Liase with purchasers, lawyers, agents and bankers to follow on loan status and documentation.
• Ensure timely ex*****on of Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and loan agreements.
• Update and maintain accurate records in systems slush as e-SPA and iDsaya.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, project team) on sales matters.
• Monitoring billing, collections, and ensure proper documentation for progressive payments.
• Prepare regular sales reports and administrative documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.

🔹 Job Requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in sales administration, preferably in property development.
• Well-organized with good time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (or equivalent tools).
• Team player with proactive working attitude
• Proactive, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficient in Chinese is an advantage.
