Position: Building Executive
Requirements:
-Candidate to possess at least SPM
-Diploma/degree holder in property management or related field preferred. Any other related/lower qualifications may apply
-Preferably possess relevant experience. Fresh grads may be considered
-Good knowledge and familiarity with Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulation
-Proactive and resourceful in addressing and resolving issues that may arise in the building
-Strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, good interpersonal skills and communication skills
-Possess own transport

Position: Maintenance / Operation Officer
Requirements:
- Experienced in building maintenance and repair work
- Attend breakdowns, identify faults, and solve problems with minimal downtime to operations
- Manage and attend to all work orders promptly
- Perform checking and necessary repair work
- Prepare reports and updates on the property maintenance work
- Handling and managing all matters related to government agencies such as DOSH (JKKP), the Energy Commission, the Fire and Rescue Department, and other relevant authorities.
- Handle phone calls and reply to any queries
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Possess own transport
