1. Pre and post contract management
2. Taking off quantities, sourcing suppliers, subcontractors pricing and preparation of tender submission.
3. Prepare and submit progress claims to client and final account settlement
4. Attend to site valuation and measurement of work done on site and verify subcontractors monthly claim
5. To undertake any others duty assigned
