By then, it was a small building construction company with less than 5 employees for the local developers. Growing into a mid-size contractor in year 2010, the Group started to venture into its first residential property development project in Melaka under the name of Pentagon Realty Sdn Bhd. Its first commercial property development project was started in Gemas, similarly under Pentagon Realty Sdn Bhd. Since then, the Group has managed to grow into a major player in the construction industry in Melaka. Apart from the internal projects generated by the property arm, the construction arm continued to receive support from the external clients. Among the external projects undertaken by the construction arm includes landed residential and commercial properties, high rise properties, factories and some infrastructure works. The Group’s property arm managed to grow from a small player to a mid-size player covering Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Johor. Among properties developed by the Group includes landed residential houses, landed commercial shop office, high rise residential apartments, shopping complex and fast food restaurant. Within a time frame of 5 years, the contribution from its property arm has surpassed its construction arm and becomes the core business of the Group. The Group also has other businesses in manufacturing and agriculture sectors. The Group has now employed approximately 100 staffs from different races and states around Malaysia.
