无论是成交量（上个po）或成交额
可以注意到每年的

👉那是因为Malaysia年尾和年头很多节日，假期，公司clear leaves 等
而房产交易基本需要3个月+-来完成
所以说market其实在Q2就开始活跃了😊

👉从这个5年走势的图
可以看到2020 property market
纯粹被3-6月的MCO影响
MCO结束之后反弹得很快😉

👉那是因为MCO期间有很多线上成交，或之前pending的case
开放后马上有大量的buyer 签S&P💪
虽然以年份总额来说，是跌了个10%+-
