【 🇲🇾 #柔佛房价 涨幅全国最高🏡 15年 #飙升逾3倍‼️ 】

根据 #国家产业资讯中心（NAPIC）最新数据，自2010年以来， #柔佛州房价涨幅位居全国之首，平均房价从约 #16万2136令吉上涨至48万7128令吉，增幅 #超过3倍。

全国平均房价同期也由 #21万8000令吉升至50万8000令吉，增长显著。除了柔佛， #吉打与吉兰丹同样录得亮眼涨幅，双双跻身全国涨幅前列。报告显示，自2010年以来，多数州属房价至少增长2.4倍。

吉隆坡依然是全国房价最高地区，平均房价从约39万6000令吉升至82万7000令吉，增幅约43万令吉。整体而言，全国屋主在过去15年间，因房产升值平均资产增加约29万令吉。
