This guest was recently found violating this rule and was issued a RM200 penalty. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to contact the individual, there has been no cooperation or response regarding the matter.

Please be informed that if this matter continues to be ignored, management may proceed to refer the case to the relevant authorities for further action.

At the same time, we would also like to advise all unit owners and hosts to exercise caution should this individual attempt to check-in to your unit in the future, due to the lack of cooperation and disregard towards property rules and management.

Heres a cctv we received from the Management and penalty issued by them following this guests' unethical behaviour.
