最近马来西亚有的地区淹水，买房子也要看地区和现场的地势高低，在玉射文山花园，我们在打地基前先填泥土2尺，水泥地板在填土上再加高2尺，这样一共比附近的环境高4尺，万一下大雨也可以防止雨水渗透进来。

记得铺地板前我们有做白蚂蚁消杀，然后把钢筋绑好，再铺水泥，我们的水泥地板是“悬空地板”，就是把钢筋和地基连着，地板不是靠下面的泥土支撑着，如果靠泥土支撑，几年后水泥地可能部分下沉，那就不好啦。

Remember we have anti termite treatment before concrete pouring of suspended ground slab. The “suspended ground slab” means the ground slab is linked to the foundation with steel bars. This is to prevent future sinking of concrete slabs.
