We are looking for In-House Legal Officer with minimum 1 years in conveyance and/or litigation practice to join us in Pro-Active Synergy Sdn Bhd.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To provide support and legal advice/opinion on Company legal matters
• To manage and maintain analysis, vet, draft legal document and negotiations of commercial, business and service agreements
• To assist and ensure in all legal requirement and the rights of the company
• To advice and monitor on law and supervision of external solicitors/advice
• To carry out research and prepare need power point slide
• To maintain side by side with development and updates in related laws and regulation
• To assist and follow up in assets acquisitions, prepare and submit requisite documents, liaise with valuers, agent, and property developments, company secretary and etc.
• Assist and follow up on additional ad-hoc jobs

REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Proficient skills in MS Office and Excel.
• Proficient in relevant legal knowledge and skills.
• Willing to work at Bukit Tinggi, Klang.

Salary range: RM3000-RM7000

Job Responsibilities
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
• Prepares tax return asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Secures financial information by completing database backups
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
• Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations during audits
• Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
• Auditing financial information
• Managing colleagues, workloads and deadlines.
• To assist in general accounting function and duties and to handle full sets of account
• To ensure timely and accurate update in the accounting system
• To perform day to day processing or financial transactions and to ensure that they are up-to-date
• To perform any other task assigned by superior as and when needed.

Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree,
• Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Taxation or equivalent.
• Working experience minimum 2 years or above
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of accounting data entry or equivalent.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess own transport
• Willing to work at Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
