1) Make calls and set up appointment with potential customers everyday.
2) Follow up viewing appointment tightly.
3) Explain property details to buyer, collect booking fees.
4) Follow up buyer mortgage loans and liase with bankers.
5) Attend signing of SPA & LOAN agreement.
6) Attend property briefing at sales gallery.
7) Attend group discussion meeting.
