Passion On Our Works And Focus On Quality.
Hereβs a list of what to expect during our professional home inspection service:
1. Home inspector will look into the floor, wall, ceiling, door, window and components. Components include permanent fixtures such as bath tubs, basins and kitchen cabinets.
2. Inspection tools and equipment will be used to identify all defects, followed by defects mapping using marking stickers. All defect photos will be taken as evidence for reporting purposes.
3. Home inspector will check the the basic mechanical and electrical (M&E) fittings such as switches and water taps. For each area, we will look at the finishing, alignment and evenness, and for any cracks and damage, hollowness and jointing issues.
4. Our entire home inspection generally takes about two to three hours, but may take more time depending on the size and condition of the property.
5. The homeowner may attend the inspection after our inspector finishes two hours of the onsite inspection, so you can explore your new home in detail and ask questions as you go.
6. We will need 3-4 working days to provide a detailed Defect Inspection Report (softcopy) after the inspection is done.
7. The homeowner shall ensure his/her property is fitted with water and electricity supply. Failure of the water and electricity supply on the inspection day will cause additional reimbursement fees for return inspection.
