How it charges?
How much I need to pay?

✅SPA & Loan agreement legal fees
The legal fees are calculated based on a percentage of the buying price of the property, which can be anywhere from 0.5% to 1%, depending on the value of the property.

✅Stamp Duty
Based on your property SPA price and follow the tiers from 1% - 4%
Stamp duty for loan will based on loan amount x 0.5%
