Dulu saya ingat nak beli rumah landed besar macam ni kena ada modal berpuluh ribu. Rupanya saya silap…

Bila pertama kali saya tengok pakej rumah ni, saya termenung sekejap. Pakej rumah undercons, tapi rumah dah nak siap.

Maknanya modal sangat minima tapi tak perlu tunggu lama untuk basuh kaki dan masuk rumah baru. Tak perlu modal berpuluh ribu macam yang saya fikir dulu.

Biasanya nak beli rumah dah siap, kena bayar 10%. Berpuluh ribu tu nak bayar untuk 10% tu, mana nak cari? Tapi projek ni bayar booking rm1,000 je. Geram betul. Bayar rm1,000 dah boleh dapat rumah landed yang baru siap, dalam kawasan yang gated dan guarded.

Ada lagi benda lain yang buat saya lagi geram dengan pakej projek ni. Mereka yang tengah cari rumah untuk bina keluarga dalam environment yang sihat dan selamat, boleh roger saya nanti saya terangkan satu per satu kenapa tempat ni best sangat untuk anak-anak dan keluarga.
