It’s officially closed and sealed - - - for RM12million.

Stamped document for the corner shop-office in Solaris Mont Kiara received earlier last week, have been holding my breath to this - - - probably best Christmas gift ever!

A heartful thanks to Dave Soh a.k.a my boss, couldn't have done this without him. It wasn't easy, when the first negotiation fall apart, I was very much defeated, thinking it might never happen again. But with his relentless motivation to keep working on it - this realised.

Special thanks to Liew Jia Harng a.k.a my other boss for guidance in first ever egg-hatching project sale for the Sunway GeoLake corner townhouse. It had been bumpy, but we managed 💪.

Not least, warmest thanks to all my awesome Ardeners colleagues who have been helping me with showings when my schedule was too packed, who have been giving sincere advice and support.

It's been 1 year and 4 months since I joined real estates, the starting few months were really tough beyond expression - physically and mentally. And the MCO due to Covid-19 outbreak upper half of the year made it harder. However I am grateful that I made the move.

Year 2020 concluded RM14,707,950 transacted value in total for project sale, sub-sale and rental. May next year be better. Wishing you all a Happy New Year!
