Hi I’m Auntie Michelle and I have 25yrs of flying experience before I started my journey as an Investor and property management. Life was pretty good as a flight attendant because despite getting my monthly salary form my flying carrier, I do have some

Landlords, don't let your rent vanish!
Missing these 4 clauses in your Tenancy Agreement is a disaster!

Don't just rely on free internet templates! To protect your property and wallet, your contract MUST include these 4 core clauses:

1️⃣ Emergency Contact
Don't just keep your tenant's WhatsApp! Require a "Second Contact" (like a relative). If your tenant suddenly vanishes or has an emergency, you won't be left helpless with an empty, locked property.

2️⃣ Maintenance Checklist & Charges
Stop arguing over broken aircons! Clearly define what is the Owner's Responsibility vs. the Tenant's Responsibility. For example: Landlords cover the first 30 days, while tenants cover minor repairs after. This saves you money and endless headaches!

3️⃣ Access Card Number
Always record the exact serial numbers of all access cards in the agreement! If a tenant loses a card or runs away, you can immediately Cancel that specific card and Re-apply, protecting your property and community security.

4️⃣ Sign on Check-In Day
