As the Property Manager for MC (Managing Corporation), our primary responsibility is to assist the committee members in various property-related matters. Recently, we executed a warrant of attachment for a particular case.

During the ex*****on, we had the support of two lawyers from Tetuan Khairun Husnin & Kimberly, site management staff, security guards, a locksmith, and a court Bailiff. However, due to a no-force entry order, which means we were not allowed to enter the property forcefully, we could not carry out the warrant successfully.

In such cases, it is necessary to arrange another date and time to execute the warrant, ensuring all legal procedures are followed. However, the next day, the defendant voluntarily came forward and decided to settle the outstanding amount of RM25,000 in an instalment plan.

This turn of events is positive as it resolves the outstanding payment issue and eliminates the need for further legal action. As the Property Manager, we will work with the committee members and the defendant to establish the instalment plan and ensure that all parties are satisfied.
