地方政府发展部长倪可敏促相关业者尽快自首，执法单位将确保违法的㓥房全部拆除；若业主不配合，将被提控上庭。

倪可敏指出，341法令第10条文阐明，嫌犯一经定罪，可被罚款不超过5000令吉，或坐牢不超过3年，或两者兼施。

他呼吁居民若怀疑邻近有业者违法进行劏房，可拨打999热线向消拯局投报，或是通过地政部的i-Tegur渠道投诉。

如果您是有㓥房的屋子在吉隆坡，请赶快拆除。其他州也尽量不要做㓥房以避免政府可能会慢慢的实行在其他州属。
