Yang ni tak de sekatan😁.
Lepas bayar deposit and sign TA boleh terus bawa baju utk pindah masuk sbb unit fully furnished dah. Last time unit tenanted for RM2000 monthly so la ni owner dah turun kan price siap2 ke RM1800. Tak yah susah2 nego dah.
Very reasonable price for fully furnished 3 bedroom unit in Damansara Perdana.

Unit currently tenant by Airbnb customer so viewing dan move in only available 19th Nov or onwards.
