Finally had the chance to visit Myara Park with my client after handover, and honestly… it was way better than I expected ✨
The overall feeling of the place is just very comfortable — the kind where you can actually imagine yourself coming home and slowing down 🏡
What stood out to me the most:
🌿 The Environment
It’s surrounded by landed houses, so the whole area feels very quiet and peaceful. Not the usual busy, high-density vibe you get with many condos.
🏊♂️ The Facilities
I went in thinking it might look better in the brochure than in real life… but surprisingly, it’s actually very close. The finishing and overall feel exceeded my expectations.
🍜 The Convenience
Even though it’s tucked in a quieter area, you’re not sacrificing daily convenience. Right across, there are local kopitiam, clinics, pharmacies — all the essentials are within reach.

Overall, I have to say — I’m very impressed.
There’s a huge improvement compared to the developer’s previous projects. You can really see the effort put into the planning, environment, and delivery this time.
