A modernist Mediterranean resort which combines large, open-planned public spaces with quieter, intimate private villas.
The resort is a choreographed interplay of light, shadow and texture, the smooth concrete forms gradually separate and transform into more brutalist structures that seem to emerge, almost mythically, from the sand.

The 106 single-storey villas – clad in concrete and timber – descend towards the sea in a visually arresting programme of interlocking terraces, graphic forms, and floating planes. The exposed concrete, muted palette of warm hues and the textured local stone echo the surrounding rugged landscape, allowing the project to contrast with the vernacular costal architecture.

The sharp angles and Brutalist abundance of warm grey concrete and stone is softened by the lush tropical softscape and woven cane outdoor furnishings. Within, a mid-century inspired interior features a mix of stone, dark timber and earthy textured linens & rattan weaves creating a relaxed private sanctuary for each guest. The architectural language of the buildings set along the coastline, including the beach club, concept store and pool transition to a bolder; more brutalist aesthetic, better prepared for the exposure to the sea and salt air.

Simplification and unification are the components of FILD’s interior design style. Minimalist interior design involves using bare essentials to create a simple and uncluttered space. It’s crucial to maintain a balance between clean minimalism and a certain level of cozy atmosphere.
This well-balanced environment was created for a married couple. The apartment offers clean and welcoming spaces that consist of the main living area adjacent to the kitchen, two studies/home offices, a bathroom with two entry ways, and a master bedroom with an open closet.
Color palate of this home consists primarily of warm grey and organic wood tones and plenty of natural light, as well as occasional Ultra Blue accents represented by Radius pedant lamps in the living-room and bedroom.

The initial idea is to allow habitant’s behavior to carve a dwelling space into a monolithic piece of marble sculpture. The main piece appears so solid, yet so light it floats to defy the gravity, while external landscape space flows underneath through the center courtyard. Residual marble pieces fell onto the ground to become part of the landscape features, isolated, yet visually related so boldly, as they use to be part of the marble boulder......
