Following an incident on 18 May 2026, we wish to clarify:
❌ 𝗨𝗡𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗧: Calls or messages from 𝟎𝟏𝟕-𝟕𝟐𝟗𝟐𝟒𝟐𝟓 , 𝟎𝟏𝟒-𝟖𝟕𝟗𝟒𝟖𝟒𝟏 and bank details: 𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐀 𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐐𝐔𝐄 (𝐑𝐇𝐁 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤 - 𝟐𝟔𝟐𝟎𝟖𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎𝟓𝟓𝟓𝟎𝟕) are 𝗡𝗢𝗧 from neither 𝐕𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐝𝐧 𝐁𝐡𝐝 nor 𝐌𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐧. This individual is fraudulently posing as our representative.

To protect your money, remember these 3 must-do steps:

5月20对 Agent 来说好像真的不是什么特别的日子 🤷‍♂️
别人忙着约会，可是 Agent 忙着回复这些问题：
“还有 parking 吗？”🚗、“最低多少？”📉、“可以再便宜吗？”😂

别人今天收到花 🌹，
Agent 今天收到一句：“我跟老婆商量一下先……” 🫣

做 property 真的不只是带 viewing 而已，
他们也像半个司机 🚗、半个心理医生 🩺、半个 banker 🏦。
早上晒太阳带客户 viewing ，
晚上还要安慰 client：“没关系，我们还有下一间。”

很多人觉得 agent 赚钱很容易也赚很多 💰，
但没人看到真的是有一些半夜不睡觉的 client 打给你问屋子 info 📲，
外面淹水也照样带 viewing，结果 client 还放飞机 ✈️💨，
屋子漏水 🌧️，他们吃饭吃到一半，也会接到 tenant/buyer 打来骂 🤬。
