LATEST UPDATE of D’vine Residence. Priced at RM270k only. My first project that breaks my first personal sales in Real Estate, by Exsim. This feels very close to my heart. Waktu i join IQI pun units dah habis. Rezeki je ada few units drop, cepat-cepat i reservekan for my clients.

Swipe till the end to see the current condition of this project by Exsim. It’s an “affordable home” tapi tak nampak macam affordable home langsung. Located at prime area of Damansara. This is a gem.💎

Developer promised to finish this project by 2027, but seems like it’s about to finish anytime in 2025. Takde tergendala, takde lambat-lambat.

As i spoke on Awani, there are significant increase in demand for affordable property housing. Now let’s see the budget for next year!

The Budget 2025 highlights for Malaysia’s property and infrastructure sectors focus on supporting homeownership, urban development, and economic growth. Key points include:

Homeownership Initiatives:

First-time homebuyers are eligible for a mortgage interest tax relief of up to RM7,000 for properties below RM500,000, and RM5,000 for properties priced between RM500,000 and RM750,000. Conditions apply, such as signing the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2027​;

Expanded housing projects like the People’s Housing Programme (PPR) with RM900 million allocated for 48 projects, benefiting over 17,500 residents by the end of 2025​.

Infrastructure Development:

Projects like the Forest City transformation into a duty-free zone aim to boost tourism and financial services in Johor Bahru.
Enhanced public transport with investments in electric buses and train carriages and continuation of the My50 monthly public transport pass​.

In March ive been focusing on solving my client’s problems, assist them in finding their best properties to invest and to live in comfortably with their family, hence caused slight delay in my social media postings.

Well its been a hustle since i’m doing everything on my own. Marketing, video editing, handling client’s profiles and loans, so on and so forth.

Doakan i lebih murah rezeki, so i can hire/bagi peluang kerja pada orang lain untuk uruskan my contents 😂✨
