It was a Roller Coaster experience on helping my client to get loan approval🥹

We spent 3.5 months just to make sure the documents are ready for loan approval, ensure every single steps doesn’t goes wrong and finally, we managed to get 90% loan from RHB Bank😭🥳

We even entitled for 70% free furnished and MOT subsidy from developer!🥹
