Through CERIA, C-SMART 2.0 and SPARK, the state is focusing on repairs, maintenance, stronger management capabilities and better shared spaces.
Among the recurring building issues highlighted:

→ Cleanliness
→ Common facilities
These may look like individual maintenance issues.
