Dear tenant, We would like to share some updates regarding maintenance fixing, upgrading, renew & purchases that have been done recently. Thank you for your patience & understanding, and we would like to apologies if there is any inconveniences caused.

1. Added 2 brand new freezer at the Pantry
2. Added new chiller for each level, total 4 chillers
3. Upgrading the seating area at the GYM room
4. Added 2 sets of kitchen shelf at the pantry
5. Added 1 more induction cooker at the pantry
6. Pest control will be carried out once a month
7. Fogging service will be carried out once a month
8. New set of lift conductor has been change, value at Rm 8k
9. Upgrading wifi router
10. Chemical deep cleaning done for all dryer and washer

We urge everyone to take care of your living space & common area, please keep it clean & safe for everyone.
