It’s been a while, but we’re thrilled to share one of our latest designs with you! To respect and protect our client, we had to change the name of the Pickleball Social Club—but no worries, the spirit of pickleball is stronger than ever! It's amazing how this sport is taking off in Malaysia.

Previously, our design always focuses on how people would perceive our building externally; This time around, we set out our journey trying to guide or to lead on how people should experience spaces. We had chosen a typical Malaysian terrace sizing of 21 x 85 ft as our study model and we are proud to bring you to our “Spaces”.

Though some might argue that it is not as glamorous from the outside but what is beauty without substance.

Imagine the staircases that no longer only served as a vertical circulation, it became an important element (or a tour guide) that leads you to different spaces allowing you to experience every part of the house. A celebrated “sculpture” if you may.

You don’t need a bungalow to enjoy spaces…let us present to you, our dream and designer home for the masses.

I really hope that you would enjoy our spaces as much as we had enjoyed designing.

We were being asked to revisit one of the older projects that we had done more than 10 years ago. Our client wanted to give it a new "skin" and this is how we see things. I hope you would enjoy it as much as we did.
