🔼Data from the Bank Negara Malaysia shows a steady increase in the rate of loan approvals and applications from 35 per cent in 2020 to 41.8 per cent in 2023, reflecting an improvement in market sentiment and home-buying activity

🔼Looking at the ups and downs of the data, homebuyers' interest in purchasing properties below RM300,000 has declined, while interest in purchasing properties between RM500,000 and RM1 million has increased.
