New retail at Taman Megah opening soon

PPB Properties unveils neighbourhood mall in Megah Rise at Taman Megan, Petaling Jaya.

Megah Rise’s four-level retail space will have approximately 100 outlets on approximately 142,000 sq ft of net lettable area.

The Megah Rise mall is part of a 39-storey mixed development, which includes condominium Megah Rise Residensi. The latter was completed last month.

The mall will also have an air-conditioned multi-purpose sports hall on Level 3 spanning more than 13,584 sq ft to cater to recreational activities.

The anchor tenants are Village Grocer in Basement 1 and Michael’s Badminton Academy, which will operate the sports hall.

The outdoor alfresco dining areas on the Ground Floor will be tenanted by lifestyle cafes and hangout spots such as Oomph, a brand new café and bar by GUĀNG Bar, Brew&Bread, Naj&Belle, and a Hong Kong-inspired cha chaan teng, Kheng Wah.

“Upscale dining experiences” offered at the mall include hotpot restaurant, Dai Sei Hei; a thematic café and bar named Cage13; and P*K Oyster Bar.

Other tenants include a cafe offering Ipoh delicacies, Yat Yat Seng; dim sum and steamboat restaurant, Dian Huo; hair salons, home improvement stores, and wellness centres.
