【永大集团收购土地 马六甲发展11亿综合项目】

永大集团（Yong Tai Bhd）正收购两幅位于“印象马六甲”（Impression Melaka）剧院旁面积共12英亩的土地，以发展总值11亿令吉的综合发展项目。

该公司预计，综合发展项目需要约5年时间完成，而现在正处于发展规划的初步阶段，并将提交详细发展计划于有关当局批准。

永大以3500万令吉，收购地主Laila Development私人有限公司。

永大集团总执行长拿督威拉巫光伦认为，收购将进一步推动公司发展。

“Laila Development地皮紧邻‘印象马六甲’剧院。我们认为这些收购是策略投资，并预期对集团未来收益作出贡献。”

这项收购预计在今年第三季完成。

永大联手KOF
隆市发展1亿8000万项目

永大（YONGTAI）继收购Apple 99公司全部股权，壮大马六甲产业业务外，如今，他们也要进军吉隆坡产业市场，宣布与KOF控股有限公司（KHSB）结盟，联手发展位于吉隆坡宇丹路（U-Thant）两块毗连土地，发展总值为1亿8000万令吉。

根据《彭博社》数据显示，Apple 99核心业务为马六甲产业发展与服务，该公司为拿督斯里李益辉旗下业务。李益辉持有永大8.582%股权，是主要大股东之一。

随着近期访马中国游客量激增，永大另一产业项目——‘印象城’有望从中受惠，安联星展研究决定将永大列入观察名单。

“目前永大手握9亿9000万令吉未入账销售，可支撑未来2年的盈利表现。”
