Termasuk taun tok, dah 2 tahun submit second claim, tapi komisyen belum dapat. Sedihhhhh.

Tok yang bestnya di Gplex Realty Sdn Bhd, second claim untuk kes Projek mun claim tadik dibayar 2 kali, akan terus dibayar selepas 6 bulan dari claim pertama masuk ke akaun bank kita.

Bestkan? Walaupun developer MIA, lambat bayar bertahun2, developer bad paymaster, tapi di Gplex Realty Sdn Bhd, agensi akan bayarkan terus kepada agen.

Juh sitok join Gplex Realty Sdn Bhd di Kuching. S*k kan diat ajak. WhatsApp Abam Din lok.

Wasehhhhh.

Dalam masa 6 bulan Gplex Realty Sdn Bhd dah labur RM3.59juta untuk marketing fund. Tak tolak langsung komisyen dari consultant. Best kan?

Gilerrrrr tak best. Setiap Branch ada allocation untuk marketing fund setiap bulan. Branch Manager boleh bagi je dekat team dia siapa yang pandai buat ads.

Contoh Marketing Fund RM10k.

Ali RM2k (10 leads)
Ahmad RM5k (30 leads)
Abu RM3k (15 leads)

Semua convert. Mereka bertiga akan dapat 20% komisyen sebab buat ads. Caller 30% dan closer case 50%. Company? Tak ambil apa2. Caller biasanya kami akan ajar consultant yang baru until buat calling. Closer consultant yang dah berpengalaman untuk closing.

Best ke? Ini baru marketing fund. Ada Banyak lagi yang best di Gplex Realty Sdn Bhd ni.

Nak tau lebih? Anda leader hartanah nak Buka Branch sendiri? Di seluruh Malaysia. Ampang belum ada lagi ni. Meh WhatsApp Abam Din Kita sembang.

Masih konsisten setiap Quarter achieve MVP sejak dari Q4 2024. Start betul2 fokus balik property ni Nov 2024. Nak try next Quarter SMVP or SSMVP pulak. Boleh?

Should we try and error? No. Bak kata DS Aliff Syukri, kita patut try and adjust. Betul juak tu.

This Quarter and last Quarter nak target SSMVP or SSMVP. Kasi jadikkkk Abam Din.
