It has come to our attention of a recent social media postings concerning a property transaction allegedly involving one of our negotiators and a legal firm which has reportedly ceased operations.

We take this matter seriously and have commenced an internal review to establish the facts, including whether the transaction was properly reported and processed through the companyโ€™s official channels.

For clarity, the company does not hold, receive, or control monies placed into a solicitorโ€™s client account. Such monies are held by the legal firm in its capacity as stakeholder and are subject to the legal firmโ€™s own professional obligations.

Nevertheless, we are concerned by the situation and are prepared to direct the matter to the proper parties and authorities.

We do not condone any conduct that bypasses company procedures, misrepresents the company, or compromises the interests of clients or the public. If any breach is established, appropriate action will be taken.

As this matter may involve legal and regulatory issues, we will refrain from speculation online and encourage the affected parties to contact us directly with the relevant documents.

๐Ÿ“ 2-Storey Bungalow | ~4,600 sqft built-up | 6,000 sqft land | SOLD at RM4.9M

Some deals happen because of marketing.
Some happen because of trust built over years.

This bungalow was my exclusive listing, but the story started long before the property went on the market.

About 10 years ago, I helped the owner sold a semi-detached home. Then during the MCO period, around 6 years ago, he trusted me again to secure a bungalow land for him. Over the years, the relationship grew beyond just transactions.

In August 2025, an overseas buyer flew back to Kuala Lumpur to view several bungalows for purchase. After viewing multiple options, the buyer shortlisted two move-in-condition homes โ€” and this property stood out immediately.

The offer was accepted, but the journey to completion was far from simple.

Both parties were represented by experienced lawyers, and the SPA negotiations became extremely detailed and challenging.

What initially started in September 2025 only reached completion in April 2026, when the SPA was finally signed and stamped.

Two weeks ago, the house was officially handed over successfully.

โœจ This deal was a reminder that real estate is never just about buying and selling property.
Itโ€™s about relationships, patience, trust, and staying committed through every stage of the journey.

Grateful to both seller and buyer for the trust throughout the process. ๐Ÿ™

When stamp duty doubled to 8% for foreign buyers, everyone asked the same question:โ€

While the policy may cause buyers to become more selective, Malaysia still remains one of the more competitively priced property markets in the region โ€” especially when compared to cities like Singapore.

Latest NAPIC data also shows that despite softer transaction volume, total transaction value in 2025 still grew by 4.1% year-on-year to RM241.87 billion.

This suggests that demand for quality assets remains resilient.
