Another week, another few runs completed. 💙

Some days I felt strong, some days I felt tired.
But every time I stepped out the door, I was choosing to take care of myself.

又完成了一周的跑步打卡。🏃🏻‍♀️

没有特别快，
也没有突破什么纪录，
但每一步，都让我觉得离更好的自己近一点。

跑步对我来说，
不是为了跟别人比较，
而是给自己一点时间，
流流汗、放空一下，也让心情变得更轻松。🌿

That sounds like an unforgettable time! It’s amazing how those intense, shared moments of studying and working on theses create the best, most lasting memories (and a bit of funny, “hard-earned” drama with that ‘D’ we granted it! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣).

這樣的朋友，通常不會在你光芒萬丈的時候捧你，反而還會吐糟你。可是，當你在經歷人生低潮時，他們絕對會以各種不同形式的陪伴來關心你。有時候不一定是主動詢問你發生什麼事？反而會從分享自己的近況，來轉移你的悲傷與難過，讓你看見生活還是有美好的一部分。

最好的友谊往往是清清爽爽、无需刻意维系却始终心意相通。无论是分享快乐还是共度风雨，真诚是长久的关键。

2026年4月11日，慈济雪隆分会朝山，在清晨宁静中圆满进行。

何谓“朝山”？

证严法师曾开示：
“朝”，是方向，让身、心、行为，有所归向；
“山”，象征德行如山，提醒人向内培育那一分德。

三步一拜，
在一次次俯身之间，向内自省，也慢慢放低自己。
不仅是身体的行持，更是心念的调整。
在一呼一吸之间，慢慢放下杂念，回归当下。

有人为家人祈福，
有人为众生祝愿，
也有人，在这段路上，与自己重新相遇。

朝山，不只是体力的考验，更是对道心与毅力的淬炼。
去除无明与杂念，借着一声声佛号，让内心逐渐归于宁静与自在。

当身心和合、内外兼修，朝山所成就的，
不只是一次次跪拜的身影，
更是一段回归本心的过程。

年 糕 (Nian Gao) is one of the must eat food for me during Chinese New Year and also one of my flavor food during CNY. 以前每年大年初一妈妈都会准备年糕, 蒸一蒸再沾上椰丝就好好👍🏻吃了！长大了……当妈妈准备这道年糕都会说‘吃了年糕，你就年年高‘一年比一年好！薪水💰高，收入高，旺旺’’。
