在马来西亚办理屋子割名程序时，🇲🇾都需要用到房地产的产权过户协议MOT或者DOA。这两者到底有什么不同？无论是哪份，都是很重要的法律文件，所以将屋子割名给其他人之前，最好事先做好功课，了解两者的不同，到时候才不怕出错。

MOT和DOA有什么不同 ❓

➡产权过户表格（Memorandum of Transfer）
用于已经获得个别或分层地契的房地产。

➡产权过户协议（Deed of Assignment）
用于还未获得个别或分层地契的房地产。

➡提交LHDN进行估价
这两种法定法律文件需要呈交给内陆税收局LHDN进行估价，并由当局发出印花税缴付通知书，这样在法律上才算是一个正式及合法的产权过户程序。

四月份卖的单位，买家在九月中拿钥匙，做了少许装潢终于好啦！🥳 感恩新屋主带我参观他的屋子😍

话说那天也不知走了什么狗屎运😅 由于那时还是住着租客，很难安排viewing😥
所以当初买家是在没有进屋里看的情况下跟我下订(只看照片并知道单位号码) 价钱洽谈方面他也清楚知道这价钱很合理了，所以也只扣个2千圆。
然而卖家也是很好商谈的人，一口就答应了买家出的价钱 (其实他是嫌出租屋子很烦人，干脆卖了套现省麻烦) 🤭 他这可没后悔「快快脱手」
