On 18 November 2025, a flooding incident occurred at Midtown Residence, Bandar Sejahtera.
Our management and teams have carried out site checks, identified the main cause and are now working on a rectification plan to improve the drainage system.
We understand the concerns of our residents and we are committed to implementing an effective long term solution. The proposed improvement plan is targeted to be finalised and shared by 3 December 2025.
