Bandar Armada Putra, a development by GLC has yet to issue all the strata titles for more than 20 over years. The Genting Cruise Terminal had changed hand several times. INPENS College was once set up there.
Recently State re-imposed Bumiputera Units which further caused the complexity and delay. The imposing has caused further financial burdens to the owners / rakyat.
Bandar Armada Putra shall be in the Agenda of State. Sincerely hope YB Amirudin would lead the team to resolving the outstanding strata title issue. Terima kasih.
