Welcoming Mr Chen Li-Kai
S P Setia is pleased to welcome Mr Chen Li-Kai to its Board of Directors as Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 1 July 2026.
Mr Chen has been appointed as a member of the Group’s Board Risk Committee, further strengthening the Board’s oversight capabilities in governance, risk management and strategic ex*****on.
With more than two decades of experience across the consulting, finance, education and non-profit sectors, Mr Chen brings deep expertise in corporate strategy, organisational transformation, governance and enterprise risk management. His multidisciplinary perspective will support the Group’s efforts to enhance resilience, strengthen governance practices and drive sustainable long-term growth.
As businesses navigate increasing complexity and evolving stakeholder expectations, Mr Chen’s experience and insights will contribute meaningfully to Setia’s strategic decision-making and future readiness.
