Wang Lai Realty was established in 1996 by Mr Lai Kim Hon who had more than 15 years experience in the industry.

Over the years Wang Lai Realty had trained and developed a core of property negotiators for the company and the industry. Wang Lai Realty had todate supervised more than 10 Probationary Real Estate Agents who themselves had established their own agencies. Currently there are still 10 more Probationary Real Estate Agents in the company training for their Test Professional Competency (TPC) examinati

on under Mr Lai Kim Hon. Total sales force 18 negotiators. To meet the growing market needs Wang Lai Realty established its first branch agency in Taman Puchong Jaya on 01 March 2005. Wang Lai Realty ( Puchong) under branch manager Kolonel (B) Lai Kim Hinn. The branch currently have 8 senior negotiators and 10 negotiators and expects to recruit more negotiators in the immediate future. Wang Lai Realty ( Puchong) senior staff have at least 5 - 8 years experience in marketing and sales for new projects and also subsales. The company's current project is over 2000 units of new mixed residential and commercial properties in Shah Alam 2, Selangor DE. Two more branches were established in Sentul Raya and Kepong in 2006 and 2007 respectively.
