之前，我手上有一间屋子，寻找合适的人来租。

甚至还没得到另一半Final confirm就已经缴付定金。

这位女士另一半，要求看第二次房，确定什么可以家具需要屋主带走，留下什么家具给他们，毕竟屋主是准备Fully Furniture给他们的。

这位男士和前妻有一个女儿，女儿会过来住，三个人租其实是有余的，毕竟这个单位有三间房间，一个Store room，四间厕所，每件房间都有属于自己的厕所。

但二次看房，女儿生病无法到来，后来前妻知晓之后，极力反对这一安排。

家家有本难念的经，就算妻子很喜欢很喜欢，甚至眼睛发光，那一刻我知道这是她要的房子，而她也会爱惜和保护好这房子。丈夫比较随缘，并不反对，还是可以接受妻子的喜好。但万万没想到，从未出现过来看房的“前妻”却决定了这一桩买卖成败。

新年前夕，这位女士致电，述说必须尊重前妻意愿，无可奈何赔款定金，也必须把这房子退了。如今这间房子从新开放进入市场，等待下一任合适租客到来。
